You are not paying for the actual coupon(s), they are free! You are paying a fee for my time to find, collect, sort, clip and the cost involved in mailing the coupons.
These are original manufacturer and/or store specific coupons. I have multiple resources for coupons ranging from but not limited to: Sunday newspaper inserts, special offers, etc. See description for any exclusions, limitations, etc. I am in no way affiliated with the manufacturers and/or retail stores. MINIMUM ORDER DOLLAR AMOUNT:
To provide the most cost effective options for clipped coupons, there is a minimum order total of $3.00. This does not include shipping/handling fees. Please make sure your order reaches this minimum to avoid order cancellation.
CHECKOUT AND PAYMENT:
Coupons are time sensitive. Payment is due within 24 hours. At this time, I am only able to accept PayPal as they are one of the most trusted on-line payment systems on the internet. Absolutely no E-Checks. The delay in processing of payments through E-Checks makes it impossible to ship coupons out in a timely manner. If you experience an issue during the checkout process or with PayPal, please contact me immediately, otherwise, I will assume you are not going to pay. Any orders not paid in 24 hours will be canceled. There will be a $.30 fee for processing/handling deducted from the total for any requests to cancel the order after payment has been made.
SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped within one (1) business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST on Saturday or federal holidays will ship on the next business day. All orders ship from Columbus, OH. . I will only ship to PayPal confirmed addresses. Please make sure your address on PayPal is current and verified before placing your order. All shipping labels and envelopes are printed using the PayPal payment address provided. If the address provided with the order does not match your payment address, the order will be shipped to the payment address. I absolutely will not ship to any other address other than the Paypal confirmed address provided with payment due to the fact that in doing so I am not covered under Paypal Seller Protection and stand the risk of charge backs. So please make sure your address is correct through Paypal BEFORE submitting payment.
COMBINED SHIPPING:
I will gladly combine shipping to even help you save even more. To take advantage of the combined shipping offer, after clicking on "Submit Order", stop, do not continue with the next page. I will receive notification that you have placed an order and I will send an invoice through PayPal with the shipping discount applied. Do not pay through the order confirmation e-mail that you receive from the store. You will receive an e-mail from PayPal with payment instructions. If you have purchased multiple items and have not received an invoice within 12 hours, please contact me to request one. All orders placed after 9:00 PM EST will not receive an invoice until the following day. If you pay for multiple items separately, you will not receive the shipping discount. Any over-payment on shipping charges cannot be refunded. If you have any questions regarding shipping charges, please contact me before placing an order.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES:
Clipped Coupons: $.65 per envelope unless you are purchasing multiple items and want to take advantage of the combined shipping discount. I can normally fit 40-50 coupons in one envelope. This fee covers shipping and any costs for supplies.
New Customers: Shipping on your first, fifth and tenth order will be FREE!
Whole Inserts: Shipping costs for whole inserts varies. The first set is $5.50 shipped via U.S.P.S. priority mail with tracking info. I do offer combined shipping discounts on whole inserts to save you the most money, please wait until you have received an email from me with order total before making payment.
RETURNS/REFUNDS:
Absolutely no returns. If there was an error on my part, I will gladly issue a refund if no other solution can be reached. Refunds for over-payment of shipping charges or for any other reason beyond my control will not be made. Please make sure you understand what you are ordering before making payment and that your address through PayPal is correct. If a refund for any other reason beyond my control, a fee of $.30 will be deducted from the refund to cover the PayPal fee that I am charged. If it has been more than 10 days and you have not received you order, please contact me so that I can start tracking your order using the IMB (Intelligent Mail Bar-code) that is imprinted on every envelope that I use. If there has not been any scans on your order, then I will issue a replacement at no cost to you. For orders that are returned to me by the U.S.P.S as addressee unknown, undeliverable or refused, absolutely no refunds will be issued. In all fairness to all customers and for reasons beyond my control, there are no refunds and/or returns due to not receiving your order in time for a sale or you are ordering close to the coupon's expiration date and you do not receive them until after they have expired.
MISTAKES/OMISSIONS:
For the most part, all items are described accurately and all orders are shipped in timely manner but, there is that rare occasion where there is an issue with an order. Please do not hesitate to contact me so I can make it right.
I strive to accurately describe all of my items, provide fast shipping and a friendly, pleasant shopping experience all while trying to help save you money. If after receiving your order you find there is a problem, please contact me so that I may have a chance to resolve the issue before leaving negative feedback/comments.
